The Customer Services team at Vax has a simple vision – we want you to put each customer at the heart of what you do.The reason for this is we want the customer’s experience to be best they have ever encountered. In order for us to achieve this we need highly motivated people, who thrive in a team environment working towards a common goal and are pro-active, solution focused, high performing and forward thinking individuals. We want to make the Call Centre a place where you want to come to work. Therefore, on a regular basis we review the initiatives that are in place, both for the customer and for you, including the reward & recognition and the channels of communication. All of this combined helps us to build a positive environment that has enabled us to have amazing retention rates.

 

The Customer Service team consists of Head of Customer Services, Call Centre Manager, Customer Service Managers, Complaints Advisor and Customer Service Advisors. Within the Call Centre we answer all manner of queries from customers that range from helping with a fault that they may have to advising them on the correct technique to change a belt or filter on a vacuum.
